Hello, I’m Ebru, a multicultural Canadian registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with a passion for understanding culture, and the human psyche. With and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, I do my best to bring a unique blend of insights to my practice. My therapeutic approach is rooted in narrative therapy, schema therapy, internal family systems and psychodynamic techniques, guiding clients on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.

When I’m not working, you can find me immersed in the worlds of literature, cinema, and music, exploring everything from K-dramas and K-pop to anime. I’m also an avid language learner, currently studying Korean, Spanish, and Japanese. Oh, and I’m a proud cat mom to two very furry cats!

Welcome to the blog section! Here, you’ll find a treasure trove of insights, musings, and reflections on the intersections of psychology, culture, and personal growth. From articles exploring the latest trends in therapy to reflections on the power of storytelling in healing, this space is dedicated to sparking conversations and inspiring deeper understanding. Join me on this journey of exploration and discovery as we navigate the complexities of the human experience together. Happy reading!
